Why We Built This Site
Missouri provides several forms of public access, yet each custodian answers a different question. The Sullivan County Sheriff holds sheriff-created incident, arrest, booking, jail, and registration records. The Circuit Clerk maintains filed charges, docket events, judgments, and certified court copies. The Missouri State Highway Patrol Criminal Justice Information Services Division runs the statewide Central Repository, while the Missouri Department of Corrections and Missouri Sex Offender Registry cover separate custody, supervision, and registration records. We bring the verified contacts, search routes, request steps, and known fee information together while keeping those boundaries clear.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Missouri court, sheriff's office, police department, or state agency. Its role has firm limits:

Only the record holder, such as the Sullivan County Sheriff, Circuit Clerk, or Missouri State Highway Patrol, can issue an official criminal record. This resource can identify that custodian, but it cannot supply the document.
